API update student attendance to course instance

I would like the ability to update a students attendance to a course instance for a particular day and time.

Also I will need a feature to get the Students current attendance (present, tardy, excused) for a particular instance at a particular meeting time and date.

You can now do this with the updateStudentAttendance function.
