I would like to see a feature where you could set your default signature to automatically come up when you press the email link for a student. This is like Outlook has and saves time with each email.

Isaac Grauke Hi Abdullah, you can set up a default email signature in your personal settings. Click on your name in the top right hand corner of Populi and then select "Settings." The email signature can be set at the bottom of that page. Make sure to click Save Settings after you add it!

RESPECT GRADUATE SCHOOL I copied my whole signature with image in Gmail and copy/pasted it into the Populi signature box. It worked for me.

Adam Sentz @Justin - The email signature setting can take certain HTML values. If you have an image hosted somewhere that you can link to with an <image /> tag I think that will work.
It looks like our recent update to the WYSIWG editor removed the Code button. That button will be back soon, but you may still be able to just paste the necessary HTML in in the meantime.
