Have adjustable email notification settings

When assigning prospects to a particular Admissions Counselor, that counselor will get an email notification saying "You have been assigned a prospect." It would be great to be able to turn off certain email notifications, especially in light of the mass number of emails that will come through if a pile of prospects are entered into the system at once. It really bogs down my email :)
