It would be great if we had some control over users deleting or pre-dating transactions after we have exported the date to our main GL.
For example if someone deletes a transaction after we have exported the data, our main accounting system is off.
Gradpro allowed use to look off posted transactions. We did this each week after we posted that weeks GL to our main accounting system. This prevented staff from inadvertently messing up the GL. Gradpro still allow people with admin privileges to adjust previously posted entries. However, there was always a warning before someone did this.
