Library suggestion lists

When entering information in various fields in the Library, such as subjects, patrons, and authors the program brings up a list of suggestions, but the list is often not long enough to contain the item that I am looking for.  It would be easier to use the library module if the list were more complete or there was some other method of returning the relevant results.  Perhaps if the "Who is checking out these resources?" were limited to actual Library Patrons rather than just every one in the system.  For the Merge Subject suggestions it would frequently be helpful if it did not return all results where the search term is a subheading instead of a main heading.
