I want to be able to pull up a faculty member's name and be able to see (and print) his weekly teaching schedule.  This is really helpful when an individual needs to find a professor.  Currently within Populi, to find an individual professor's schedule, I need to go into his faculty tab and click on each course he is teaching and find the specific day and time I am looking for....

This would easily answer the questions asked so often "Do you know if Professor ABC is in a class right now?"  "When is Prof ABC next teaching?"

  This!!!  I also want to be able to find students in a class, too.  If I'm trying to hunt someone down (not in the safari sense), I can go view their list of classes, but I have to click on each one until I find the one that they're in right now.  If nothing else, can you list the times the classes meet on the specific faculty or student's respective schedule page so that we can find them.

  Fully agree with this request. Both Instructors and Students have come asking for a calendar view of their class schedules, including day/time/room on a weekly basis for each class. This would be tremendously helpful for both, as well as for administration to be able to look quickly for where an instructor or student is at any given time on campus by going the the student or faculty tab and looking at a schedule of current classes on a calendar.

  Agreed. Notice that the original request was in 2011. Any feedback or insights on this from Populi?

  @Bryan - We haven't had a ton of requests for this sort of thing, but I can see how it would be useful.

  @Adam, sure, that makes sense there wouldn't be a lot of movement if there's not much expressed interest. Perhaps I will create a new Feature Request and see if there is any more recent interest.

  This would be an amazing feature for when our university needs to conduct periodic faculty observations.

  This feature request "Schedule" was added on the Student's tab. Could it be duplicated on the Faculty tab?  The Planner schedule format helps me find when the student is free or in class so much faster than exporting the schedule to PDF. I need this for the Faculty as well! Thanks for considering!
