Attached is the Registration form we use for each student each semester. We both sign it, and it becomes a legal part of their file. I'm at a loss what to do without it, other than the labor-intensive excel file you suggested.
We use a similar form that goes into the student's file and is the legal agreement that they have registered for the selected courses. I have been printing "term statements" to fill this need, but some of the information is lacking (i.e. it only lists course numbers, not names, hours, etc.).
