Add Export Students Pop-up to Student Balances

Would it be possible to add the Export Students Pop-up Menu to the Student Balances tab in: Financial\Billing\Current\Student Balances? Are there any draw backs to doing so, or in other words, if it's available almost everywhere else, why would it not be available here?
