We have a Late Tuition Fee that is calculated as an annual percentage of the outstanding Tuition balance, compounded daily. We would like to set this up properly in Populi, rather than the suggested work-around of modifying the flat fee each time we charge the fee.

Jonathan White Please add some way to charge a late fee on the balance owed! This would cut out a lot of work!

Edgar Saúl León We definitely need a late fee tuition. Is not handy to externally calculate a late fee on the balanced owed, then have to come back to plugging the charge in Populi, it is confusing at the time we have to match external vs. Populi amounts.

We are still trying to find the best way to automate the assessment of late tuition payment fees (not relating to payment plans).

Jonathan White Maria, we would like to have this too, as it is we export to excel calculate and then add charges manually.
Populi -- Another option would be to allow us a way to import charges to populi. Then anytime there is something the system doesn't support it could be done in excel and imported. Charging the students manually is the part that takes the most time and is the most error prone.
