It would help us to track activity with our prospects by having the ability to generate a one-time mailing list out of the gear on the prospects table. That way when we send information to prospects there would be a record of it in their activity feed and we could see more of the ways that we connect with prospects.

Adam Sentz @Patrick - You can email prospects from My Prospect, Prospects Table, or the Prospect role page. In all cases it should work just like creating a one-time mailing list.

Patrick Friesen And that we appreciate. We are also old school enough that we send out old fashioned mail to prospects. We would like to keep record of the letters, catalogues and newsletters that we send prospects. It helps us to be able to know how many touches it takes and to see if our efforts are paying off.
