Application and Prospect Table field filter ability while filtering the Prospect table

I want to email every prospect who still has not completed their admission requirements. They have an interest level coded as an inquiry or above who has not yet been accepted in the application table. But the filter won't let me filter out the accepted ones. The 'Application' field is listed in the table but not available in the filter options.

If not, I would be emailing prospects who have already completed the requirements and have become students.

Can we have that filter option available?  Otherwise, I have to email them individually or email others to whom it does not apply, Thanks!  Mary
