I'm resubmitting this here since I think I submitted it in the wrong place earlier.
Is there a way to develop in Populi an "alert" if students try to register for the same course twice? I think that would be quite useful. See Dr. Toolin's email on it below.
Also, I noticed a glitch in the way Populi figures the cumulative GPA for persons pursuing a second MA program. My GPA for the master's in philosophy was 3.78. The number should be static. I've noticed that Populi, though, has merged my grades for the master's in theology into the cumulative score. So, my GPA is now somewhere near 3.9 for both programs. It should be 3.78 for the MA in Philosophy and 4.0 for the MA in theology. Can you check into why that's happening? Could it be because you merged my records? Are those with unmerged records showing discrete scores?
