Any way we can get an HTML field to show up for all discussion areas like
the one that our email service gives us? B I U T tT A, etc. Or be able to
use keys like ctrl+B, for instance?

Actually, the help desk and Feature Request Forum, et al., are all powered by Zendesk (www.zendesk.com). It's their code, not ours!
