% funtion to NOT read pending components as complete when made pending by Admission/Staff person

When Admission staff open an applicant's component and change it to pending, it reads as complete in the % column in the Applications table. This is problematic; I no longer have an accurate way of reviewing what applicants are complete and which ones are not unless I open each one individually.  Thank you, Mary
