This would benefit our college when doing a calling campaign. We appreciate the ability to bulk export prospects into an excel doc. but would also benefit from having bulk access to the prospects activity feed at the same time. This would allow for a more detailed phone conversation rather than looking up a prospects info one at a time.

Yes, the ability to export activity feed data would be great.
On compliance visits (e.g. Veterans Benefits Administration), they request e-mail correspondence with students. To do this now we sort the activity feed by e-mails and print, but this could be improved. This truncates the messages. You see parts of messages and "read more" at the bottom.

An export of data entries and an export of files saved in the activity feed would be very helpful to streamline some of our record-keeping practices and student services. A downloaded spreadsheet file would also allow us to search a keyword.
We would be able to reliably use this as a log of student interactions across departments, and it would make it much easier to look back at the history of a particular string of communications, requests, and documents. Especially since visibility options are already present on each entry!
