I use time limits for my tests. However, I have had instances (like now) where students have learning accommodations (due to learning disabilities) which include a doctor's recommendation that the student should be given extra time for tests/exams. Hence, it would be very helpful if I could add a time limit exception for an individual student for each individual test.

We, too, have instances where we need to give time limit exceptions.
We have students with poor typing abilities that are granted extra time to take their tests. Currently, our only options are 1) to have the student take the exam before or after the dates of the exam so as to adjust the time limit, 2) to have the student take the exam outside of Populi by answering questions on a Word document and sending the exam to the teacher, or 3) create a separate test for the student in Populi, but create confusion with the grading and/or having to explain to other students to disregard the extra test.
It would be great if Populi Developers can add a time limit exception feature to the existing test exemption option.
Thanks,
Raul

Exception, not exemption :0)

Joel Badal Especially with students with disability act requiring adjunstment

Ann Rill We, too, need to be able to make accommodations for students with disabilities - whether ADHD, impaired vision, etc. Populi allows to make exceptions to the availability of tests for individual students, but what is more necessary is to be able to make exceptions to the length of tests to accommodate these students.

Adam Sentz This is actually in testing already. Marked it Planned.

Adam Sentz This went live a few weeks ago. We also improved how availability exceptions work at the same time.
