Currently, students have no way of knowing who is enrolled with them in a particular course. The only way for them to know who is enrolled with them is if students post something either in the Bulletin Board or in the Discussions.
The idea is to make a simplified version of the Roster tab available to students, one that allows them to know who is enrolled with them and the ability to contact their peers regardless of them making a post or not.
