Currently, when importing Online Applications or ISIRs, if a counselor is assigned, that counselor receives an automated email notifying them of the assignment. However, if at the time of the import, the user makes no assignment but later "manually" enters (or changes) the assignment, the newly assigned counselor receives no notification. It would be wonderful if they WOULD receive a notification.
(It would also be icing on the cake if we could set a default person who receives notifications when "None" is the choice. That way they don't fall through the crack.)
