Advising Release Verbiage on the student's Registration page

Hi,

It would be great if there was a way to input some text on the student's registration screen that basically states that they are solely responsible for the accuracy of their registration. We have been using paper advising release forms, but I've noticed a lot of other colleges just have a little blurb on the registration screen in their SIS. 

Could anyone else use this sort of feature?

  This might be straying a little too far from the original request, but it is somewhat related... I'll just take it further :).

  We would love to be able to customize other registration instructions as well... for example, add links to other registration forms, instructions about planning the entire program, and so on.
