When I brought up students to create a dean's list and president's list, it would show students with a 4.00 and I would add them to the list if they had at least 6 hours of class accomplished. My problem is that students with incomplete classes were also making this list and this seems unfair and wrong. Can we do something to flag incompletes for students who may have a 4.00 as their average, but have not completed classes? These people should not be able to make the list.

Bev Atwood We also have the same problem. As grades are being finalized, a student with a 4.0 in three of her four classes was being shown that she was already on the Dean's List, but her fourth class was low enough to no longer earn the honor. Can you withhold assigning the honor until all of the classes are finalized for each individual student? Otherwise, it feels like the honor is being revoked, when it shouldn't have been assigned in the first place.
