Recurring payments in the bookstore

This would enable us to sell donations/pledges by the dollar unit. We have no other way to track recurring donations.

We need to set up a recurring payment for students, and we do not have this feature, instead we key punch a recurring charge for each student in Populi every single month!
A recurring payment option will save time in our work!

We have the ARB feature in Authorize.net. It would be helpful if there was a way that Populi could be integrated with that API as well (so donors could use the regular Populi donation page for recurring donations, and so that those donations show up automatically each month/quarter).
