Hello, this is Coral and I am working in the Library at Bethany College of Missions. I noticed that when a book or other item that we have available to check out is already checked out, another patron cannot request to put that item on hold. Would it be possible to change this option to make the book or item available for holding in this situation? It would be great to be able to have a "waiting list" for those who are waiting for the item to be available. Thanks!

Annette Warsaw This has been changed. One can now place a hold on an item that is checked out.
