Currently, regardless of whether or not a student's program has been inactivated, if they are continuing on to another program their record is listed twice on the Student Table. It would be incredibly helpful if their record did not duplicate on this report. For example, Seminarian Smith graduated with a degree in Pre-Theology on 5/12/2012. His status shows as him having received a degree and his program has been inactivated effective his graduation date. However, Seminarian Smith is beginning in the Theology program on 8/27/2012. Because of this, he has an active program in Theology...but his name appears twice on the Student Table. For reporting purposes this is problematic for us....especially since we have a pretty good number of seminarians who move from program to program within the Josephinum. I'd imagine this would be an incredibly helpful feature for many. If the Student Table would only display the information of active seminarians one time, that would be helpful....Only their current, up-to-date enrollment information should show. I hope I explained this clearly.... :)
