Subscribing to discussions at the individual container level

Dear Populi Support,

I am currently conducting an Online Resource Orientation with new students at our school. As the facilitator of this orientation, it dawned on me that it would be great to be able to subscribe to discussions at the individual container level in the Lessons tab before students actually add their own discussions. In the orientation, I have designed it so students are required to add their own discussion areas, responding to discussion prompts structured into the lesson container, as well as have them post their responses to required designated discussion areas (which I can subscribe to soon after creating the designated discussion area). Adding this feature at the individual lesson container level will assist our professors to subscribe to discussions of individual containers (those of which students are required to add on their own discussions).

Students and Faculty are also requesting this feature of subscribing to all discussions of a lesson container before the discussion is posted. Here is the latest request from one student:

"Is there a way in Populi that I can subscribe to all the email notifications in a weekly folder? I am taking Christology and [our professor] would like each student to add a new discussion for their weekly posts. I was wondering if I could sign up to receive email notifications for the entire weekly discussion folder, rather than for each individual person. There are about 14 of us in the class so the list of discussions circled in yellow will keep growing (see attached). How do I get emailed when a new one is added?"

Again, Populi Support, it would be great if your developers could implement a one-click subscription to discussion posts before they are made in a weekly container.
