Auto emails are sent at midnight, showing that they are auto emails

The time of day the auto generated communication plan templates are sent is an issue.  Some of our students have commented that we must be working late to send emails at midnight. The purpose of the automatic emails is to have the student feel connected to someone and that it is not electronically generated.  Could we have the ability to change the default to 7pm or at a time we decide?
