I am conducting an orientation of new students. I encourage students to ask questions and seek clarification on using the system. I created a discussion area specifically for students to ask questions/clarifications. However, some student's questions arise while posting elsewhere. I see the question, do a little research for a response, but when I return to try and locate the original question, I find myself sifting through each and every discussion trying to locate and respond to it.
My idea is for Populi Developers to implement a search discussion box, one that keywords may be typed and the discussions of those keywords may come up. It would be great to even be able to search for the discussions posted by specific people in a particular course. I am certain that if this feature were implemented, I could easily find and respond to the person's question. Now, back to my search :0)
