Would love an easy way to gather stats for a whole year, or a grouping of terms. I know that I can use the data slicer for this, but the one that I'm having particular trouble with is finding the total number of students who only audited courses in the full year. Can't do year stats in the student table and can't sort out audit only in the data slicer.

Daniel Peterson I am trying to do the exact same thing. Right now the only way I can find this information is by going to each course that has an audit student in it and making a list. Very time consuming :(

Toby Robinson Daniel, I'd recommend exporting the enrollment report in academics->academic term->students table->export->enrollment xls. You can then sort by the "status" column to lump all the auditors for a term together. Hopefully be a bit faster than going course by course!

Daniel Peterson Thanks Toby that should make it a bit faster :) I still wish there was a way to get to that info without going through the trouble of exporting and sorting spreadsheets. I have a different Term set up for each month which means I have to export 12 spreadsheets and copy and paste the data for a yearly report.
