A cloned exam has to be used exactly as is or remove the question and add a new question.
Could not the cloned exam come over and not be attached to previous exams.
If I have a multiple choice question I can reuse it by changing a few words in the question while having the same choices, but different answers.
Not having full editing features to a cloned exam gives me a lot of extra work.
