Since Populi offers the option to lock grades and make course evaluations required, there should be some kind of alert to students that they still need to complete their evaluations. Perhaps this could be scheduled for a certain time span before the evaluation close date. In other words, perhaps it could alert them ten days or five days before their evaluation is due/will be closed.
Alternately or additionally, the Course Evaluation should be added to students' To Do list on their entry page, so that they know it's something that needs to be accomplished before they can see their grades for a given course.
