It would be very helpful if the Financial lock would appear on the Admissions tab as well as the Student tab and Financial tab.
We require students who have been inactive for more than one semester to go through a re-application process. Often, those students who drop out and re-apply do so for financial reasons.
We've had several instances where students have re-applied and our admissions team did not realize that the student had financial obligations that needed to be taken care of. Admissions staff should be made aware of potential financial issues on accounts.
