We would like the ability for applicants to provide additional contact information either on the initial application or as a follow-up component. For instance, we want to know contact information for a student's employer and a student's ministry context (if different). Right now if we ask that information in a field, there's no way to translate that into contact information without manually setting it up. That means there's no way for it to appear in the directory. It would also be nice to have custom contact types (like "Employer" and "Ministry" in addition to "Home", "Work", and "Other").
In the case of employment information, their job title would also be nice directory information to have… as would the ability to bundle or link contact info. So to have an employer name, job title, address, phone number and email address that could all appear together, instead of as separate entries in a jumbled list.
