1. Invoices formatted for mailing in a window envelope.
2. Proper address for mailing - first name, last name.
We get far better response to a mailed invoice than an email reminder to students to check Populi for what they owe.
3. The ability to designate a specific amount in a payment plan - not a percent of the amount owed.
