Our president would like me to make a suggestion/request. We have several institutional assessments which we use and would love to have them in Populi. As of right now we have made a "dummy" class and add people as they need to take different assessments. Recently we finished a Faculty Satisfaction Survey. In order for faculty to take the survey we created it as a course evaluation, changed the faculty roles to include student, and added them to the dummy class.
Is it possible to make a separate area where different reports and assessments could be used without making a class for it? We would also like to use it for students at times. For instance, we have an entrance exam for general ed and for Bible, and then they retake the test when they exit. That would be helpful to have in the same category.
Just a suggestion, but we feel that if we are dealing with this, maybe there are other schools who would benefit as well.
