When someone accidentally enrolls in a course they have already had, there is no flag to call attention to this. (Sometimes, as in the case of repeating the course to improve a grade, this is OK, but if the person took a course and made an A, then there is no warning to let them know they have already been enrolled in the course a previous semester. A flag would alert them to any potential mistake.
