Just as important as it is for students to evaluate their instructor and course material in order to provide feedback to the instructor, the administration needs to be able to evaluate instructors areas of strength and weaknesses, to what degreee they are integrting biblical principles, utilizing a well-constructed lesson plan, identifying desired learning objectives throughout the lessons, utilizing a variety of techniques and exercises to promote learning, etc.
