Calendar on 'To-Do' tasks

Would it be possible to add a pop-up calendar option under the 'Date' field when setting a 'to-do'? This would be more convenient to be able to click on the date.

  I think that when I first commented on this, I actually had in mind having the calendar option on starting a Communication Plan.
