Automatic removal on Financial Locks

I would be great if you could apply a financial lock for an over due balance then, once the student pays, that lock is automatically lifted

  I agree this would be useful. In one of our past systems, every time a payment was made, a pop up box would alert us of the hold, and ask if we would like to remove that hold. Either way would be a great addition!

  This request has been around for over 10 years but hopefully someone can take another look-see. We would love the following:
  
  Automatically remove financial lock:
  (If balance is fully paid .and. Financial Lock is "on")

  THEN ==>

  1. Remove Financial Lock
  2. Email Financial Admin that Lock for Person X was removed
