Please allow the ability to track phone calls, emails, postcards, etc, for reporting.
It would be helpful to incorporate this into the notes portion of a students profile since we try to document all dialogue in admissions. At this time it is not possible to track goals or progress based on the amount of communication done.

This would be very helpful for us too. We would like to be able to track the progress of each call, and run a report with that information on it.
This would be a great feature. I'd like to say a place for uploading progress reports in the Advising tab. Besides setting up the flag notifications, there does not seem to be good place to house this information.
