Students who are on financial lock should be able to make payments to their account. The reason a student is on financial lock is because they haven't paid - not allowing them to pay defeats the purpose of the financial lock, as we WANT them to pay.

Toby Robinson Students who have the financial lock can still pay invoices. Until the Lock is removed, the student cannot self-register for courses nor can he see his grades or transcript; only Academic Admins can enroll the student in courses. Those are the only current consequences of a financial lock. If this isn't working or you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact support.

Josh Lyons Is it possible for the Financial Lock to also block the students from entering their classes? The problem we're having is that students continue to participate in the class even when they haven't paid. Once they have signed up for their classes preventing them from registering for NEW classes doesn't get their attention and force them to pay.

Benji Swafford I agree with Josh that it would be very helpful if a financial lock prevented them from viewing their "My Courses" tab!
