Would you consider having Populi automatically send emergency notifications to both SMS and email? I think it's useful to do both form of communication in instances where students may be in the library in front of a computer but have their phone on silent (or misplace their phone) and may not get the text immediately. Besides, in the event of emergency, there's no harm in over communication.
