From an external web page, a URL hyperlink will take someone to a Populi page after logging in

We would like to set up a link on our college web site for students to click on (example: https://nebc.populiweb.com/internal/people/person.php?view=REGISTRATION ) that will take them to a specific Populi page after logging in—Registration in this case.  This will save the need to provide instructions with the original link directing the reader how to navigate the Populi tabs.
