Request: A quick overview section of the application. When you click on the application in admissions a “quick view” of the application “categories” e.g. introduction, general information, enrollment info, etc… (these are specific to our application) will appear at the top of the application page. These “categories” would be links that you could click on that would open up a pop-up/collapsing window to the “fields” within that category. That would allow us to review and approve/reject all of the fields within that category by approving the category instead of having to individually approve each field. The category links will have a box next to them to see if they are in process, or have been submitted, approved, or rejected. This will also allow us to quickly see what is still missing in order to notify the prospective student of what they need to submit.
I, along with the rest of our admission's staff are finding this new feature to be very time consuming.
