The new applications are taking longer to evaluate because of the time it takes to scan the whole list of fields instead of just glancing over a summary of the application.
It would be nice to have the option to collapse the fields under main category headings and see the status of each category as a whole.
Another way of addressing this would be to add the option (at the top of the application) to Show>"No answer available", which would allow us to see only the questions the applicant has not yet answered. Presently an applicant may have completed many of the fields but all of those fields can only be selected along with all of the unanswered "In Progress" fields until the whole application is complete and submitted.
These features would help us evaluate applicants' progress more efficiently, enabling us to provide them with better guidance through the application process.
