If/Then fields in the application

It would be helpful to have the ability to have if/then fields in the application. It would reduce clutter and make it look more professional.

For example, we ask in the application how they initially heard about our school. It would be nice if there was the ability to have just a dropdown selection box, but if they chose "Other" as the answer, then a text box would appear below that question asking them to clarify what the "Other" is.
