Hi team,
Could you consider adding another lead status that reflect a withdrawn and/or unaccepted application. Right now, there's a status for "Application started" and "Application complete" but then it goes straight to "Accepted," "confirmed" and "enrolled." I think having another status (or 2) in between would be helpful for us to see in the reporting.
