Adding more multiple choice options to course evaluations

Currently trying to move our clinical evaluations from Survey Monkey to the Populi Format. It would be helpful if the multiple choice options went beyond 10 multiple choice options. It was my plan to use that to list all clinical supervisors each quarter for student to chose from. I was thinking a 40-50 cap would be helpful. I appreciate your assistance.
