With the functionality for online evaluations (such as reference forms and course evals) already in place, I wonder if you could extend this feature to the interview process. This could work similarly to online reference forms. For example, the admissions team could create a custom interview evaluation form, add the form along with the interviewer's contact to an application. Populi then sends this form to the interviewer to complete and submit. Everything else can be handled just like online reference forms in regards to notifications of receipt, display of the information, etc.
I think many schools (if not all) conduct an interview process and the online forms that feed directly into an application can eliminate the multi-step process where the interviewer fills out a form, send it to admission which then upload/attach it to the applicant's profile. Also this approach would benefit schools who use non-populi users (ie alumni or another 3rd party) as the interviewers to fill complete the evaluation form.
