Additional Exit reason options

Hi team,

Could you consider adding "Withdrawn" and/or "OnLeave" as options under the Exit Reason.  These reasons come up often and it'll be great to have it as an official reason.

  I would be great if one could add personalized fields to "Exit Reason."

  I agree with Kirk.  Having out own ability to personalized those "Exit reasons" would be extremely useful.  Right now, we have to use "Other" than create separate tags for our various reasons...which has led to inconsistencies.  Having the reasons be labeled by the system will help boost accuracy.

  I know I am late to the table on this one but I agree.  I would like to add a couple of items to the exit reason list.
