Sometimes, a prospect applies after being a lead for a long time. If their information has changed, the old information "wins" the conflict when that application is linked to the existing Person. Populi could display a conflict resolution modal so we could choose (e.g. an applicant entered a middle name of Garrett and we only had G., or a female applicant got married). It would remove a step where we can irretrievably lose valuable data that's impossible to get back.
