I was working with Isaac today on obtaining reports of my Student open balances by Term and he helped me by using this report.
The export feature work great by providing the "Paid" column that does not show on the screen, however the paid amount does not include "Credits" applied to the students account. In order to obtain an accurate balance you need to manually go into each students record to find the total amount of credits applied.
Please include a "Credits" column to this report so you can obtain a accurate account balance without having to go elsewhere in the program. (Total Charges - Paid - Credits = Balance)
It would be good if you could also include a "Balance" column also.
